Job Description:
Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Analog Power and Interface Business Unit. This role drives digital marketing strategy and execution for analog power semiconductor solutions and interface products.
The ideal candidate will lead digital campaign initiatives, develop technical marketing content, and optimize customer engagement across web, SEO/SEM and demand generation channels. This highly visible role requires close collaboration with Product Line Managers, engineering teams, sales and Marcom to accelerate growth and strengthen Microchip’s position in power electronics markets.
Job Responsibilities
Own digital marketing strategy and execution for multiple product lines and key application segments
Plan and launch NPI campaigns, aligning messaging, assets and timing with product releases and BU priorities
Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and demand generation
Create and maintain technical marketing content, including web pages, sell sheets, videos and application-focused materials
Drive SEO and web optimization strategies for product and solution pages to improve discoverability and user engagement
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics including web traffic, downloads and lead generation
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Engineering to ensure technical accuracy and strong product positioning
Support sales enablement efforts by developing customer-facing content and tools
Lead content strategy for complex power applications, including industrial, data center, automotive and energy systems
Coordinate with Marcom and external partners to execute paid media and promotional campaigns
Identify market trends, competitive positioning and customer needs to inform marketing strategy
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with BU objectives
Job Requirements
Strong ability to execute across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives with tight timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear content
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution and analytics
Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Experience working cross-functionally with global teams
Desired Skills
Craft compelling visual narratives through graphic design and copy to effectively communicate product value and brand messaging across diverse media formats.
Strong understanding of power conversion applications (industrial, EV, renewable energy, data centers, etc.)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Self-motivated, results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience with AEM, iApps or similar content management systems is a plus
Requirements/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within semiconductor, power electronics or technical B2B industries
Experience with SEO/AEO/SEM, web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with power semiconductor technologies is a huge plus
Experience supporting New Product launches and demand generation campaigns
Background in technical content creation for engineering audiences strongly preferred
Video and Graphics design background is a huge plus
