$25.00/Hr. - $30.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Analyst, Commercial Credit and Risk supports the first-line Credit and Lending governance framework through committee administration, governance reporting, policy administration, governance documentation, data analysis, and operational activities that support effective execution of the Management Credit Committee (MCC), Directors Credit Committee (DCC), and related governance processes.

Working closely with the Senior Analyst (MCC Secretary), this role provides execution support for committee governance, reporting, policy lifecycle management, audit and regulatory readiness activities, and strategic initiatives while developing expertise in commercial and consumer credit, governance, risk management, and banking operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of credit governance committees and forums, including meeting coordination, agendas, materials, approvals, action items, and governance recordkeeping
  • Prepare, review, and distribute committee materials, management reports, presentations, and governance documentation
  • Coordinate governance reporting processes, maintain governance records and trackers, and support policy, charter, and approval authority lifecycle management
  • Perform quality control reviews of governance submissions, reports, and documentation to identify inaccuracies, approval gaps, and process exceptions
  • Support regulatory examinations, audits, issue remediation efforts, and governance evidence requests
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, procedures, templates, and reporting tools that enhance governance oversight and organizational resiliency
  • Contribute to process improvements, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality
  • Partner with stakeholders across Lending, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and other control functions to support effective credit risk governance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in lending, credit administration, risk management, governance, audit, compliance, banking operations, finance, accounting, or a related discipline; experience in reporting, analytics, policy administration, committee support, or a regulated financial services environment preferred
  • Basic understanding of commercial and consumer lending, credit risk, banking operations, or governance processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to identify issues, manage multiple priorities, and work independently while escalating concerns appropriately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and related productivity tools
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and learning
  • Interest in commercial credit governance, policy administration, reporting, committee management, process enhancement, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools
