Sales Representative
About the role
Lead the promotion and market development of Haleon Consumer Healthcare brands, including Parasinus, Theraflu, Panadol, Voltaren, Advil, Corega, Centrum, Sensodyne, and Parodontax, by executing targeted commercial campaigns through authorized distributors within the designated geographic area. Focus on maximizing brand visibility, strengthening retail presence, and increasing healthcare professional endorsement and recommendation.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and executes action plans to achieve the objectives set for the assigned territory.
- Visits customers in the designated territory to promote Haleon portfolio products, in line with the internally agreed strategy and marketing plan.
- Organizes and participates in relevant medical events.
- Analyzes and communicates market-specific information.
- Consistently ensures compliance with Haleon’s ethical standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Consumer Healthcare and/or FMCG.
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
- Good understanding of the business environment and commercial principles.
- Category B driving license
- English language – intermediate level.
- Willingness to relocate to a territory other than the assigned one.

- Results-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Responsible and flexible, with a strong team-player mindset.

RON 7,912.75 - RON 10,880.01 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
