Position Summary
The Consulting Analyst operates as a key IT resource at MultiCare, providing implementation, optimizations and solutions support. In this dynamic position, you will assist with IT activities, second-level support to resolve incidents and participate in new installs and upgrades to ensure excellent and efficient operations.Responsibilities
- You will lead groups of various initiatives linked to the application and/or process improvements
- You will provide incident/issue support through data gathering
- You will troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes
- You will complete the most complex applications build/fixe
- You will apply advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science/information technology, healthcare administration, or related field required; Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Epic Application Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in at least two applications preferred
- Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores in at least 2 applications within first 3 months in role
- Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in the information services and/or health care industries preferred
- Microsoft Office Proficiency

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $103,792.00 - $143,353.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
