1To provide coordination and technical support for organizational learning, incident data coordination, and Operational Excellence (OE) reporting and data analytics. Ensure compliance with Chevron OE standards and regulatory requirements and manage workflows for incident reporting to ensure timely, accurate and complete processing of information in the system of record. Deliver actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting to enable continuous improvement. Use analytics to track Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) performance, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights that inform decision-making.About the Company

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incident classification activities in alignment with OE/HSE and regulatory requirements.
Manage workflows for incident reporting to ensure timely, accurate and complete processing of information in the system of record (QA/QC of Cority entries).
Support field HSE and operations personnel with event documentation and entry to achieve consistent incident classification.
Support organizational learning programs by capturing lessons learned from incidents and integrating them into OE systems.
Act as a technical contributor for digital safety and OE solutions, supporting solution enhancements, adoption, and sustainment in Shale & Tight operations
Support development of incident alerts and systemic actions.
Coordinate with functional teams to ensure timely implementation and verification of systemic corrective actions.
Maintain and enhance learning repositories and knowledge-sharing platforms (i.e. SharePoint).
Support audits and assurance activities by providing investigation and learning documentation.
Analyze data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights for regional or asset communication.
Develop and deliver performance reports and communications to share associated learnings.
Ensure data quality of OEMS performance dashboards and reporting tools to track operational metrics.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and integrity in OEMS systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health, engineering, or relevant field
3–5 years of experience in incident investigation and organizational learning within oil & gas operations
Knowledge of incident reporting systems.
Experience in data analytics and performance reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
Ability to facilitate root cause analysis and lessons learned sessions.
Proficiency in digital tools for learning and reporting (e.g., PowerBI, OE dashboards, SharePoint, Learning Management System (LMS) platforms).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
Experience in providing training, coaching, and mentoring for field teams involved in investigations and learning activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of incident reporting systems.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
Experience supporting workforce safety and health compliance activities and conducting stakeholder engagement.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm
