Senior Data Strategist

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Strategist for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves leading the data strategy and facilitating its operationalization in alignment with the ongoing Data Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the finalization of the data roadmap.
• Conduct a critical analysis of the study completed from May to September 2026.
• Propose necessary improvements to deliverables without compromising the overall integrity.
• Evaluate the technical and budgetary aspects of operationalization, including a detailed assessment of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for various proposals and components of the target architecture.
• Establish the transition architecture and foundational elements of the proposed target architecture in collaboration with the Architecture team and operational teams.
• Implement the operational model: support ETNIC and its beneficiaries in enhancing knowledge and skills (e.g., Data Modeling), and stay updated on technological and methodological advancements (e.g., Data Mesh).
• Analyze and propose operationalization strategies for the interactions between the data strategy and the use of the data platform with the strategies of FWB partners, particularly the Walloon Region and the Brussels Region.
