Fund Registrations & Exchange Listings Specialist

The Role

Join a market-leading investment management firm and play a key role in enabling the successful distribution of investment products across Europe and international markets.

As a Senior Specialist, you will be at the heart of Vanguard's fund registration and ETF exchange listing activity, supporting strategic growth initiatives, new product launches, and market expansion opportunities. Working closely with colleagues across Product, Legal, Compliance, Distribution, and Capital Markets, you will help ensure our funds remain accessible to investors while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

In this role you will

• Lead the execution and ongoing management of Vanguard's UCITS fund registration programme across European and international markets

• Support new fund launches, product changes, strategic initiatives, and market expansion activities by coordinating registration and market access requirements.

• Partner with Product, Capital Markets, Legal, Compliance, regulators, exchanges, and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of registration and ETF listing activities

• Conduct impact assessments and oversee implementation plans to ensure key regulatory and operational deadlines are met

• Manage relationships with external providers and listing agents, driving high standards of service and operational efficiency

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve scalability across market access activities

• Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and market practices to ensure ongoing compliance and support informed decision-making

What it takes

• Experience within asset management, fund operations, regulatory operations, fund governance, compliance, legal, or a related function

• Strong understanding of UCITS funds, ETF structures, cross-border fund distribution, and market access requirements

• Experience managing fund registrations, exchange listings, regulatory filings, or similar operational activities across multiple jurisdictions

• Proven ability to manage complex projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinate activities across internal and external partners

• A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement

Special Factors 

• Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position

• This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
