Managing and responding to shared email inbox enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Maintaining accurate operational records, documentation and filing systems.
Supporting the onboarding of new team members and contractors.
Producing reports, presentations and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Taking meeting minutes, tracking actions and following up on key deliverables.
Administering the purchase order process and supporting budget tracking activities.
Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, partners and stakeholders.
Supporting the Event Delivery team on-site during the final delivery phase of Ryder Cup 2027 at Adare Manor.
About You:
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in an administration, project coordination, operations or event support role.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a highly methodical approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The confidence to work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support colleagues across a variety of projects.
The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
What Will Help You Stand Out
Experience supporting major sporting events, hospitality events or large-scale projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and operational reporting processes.
Experience coordinating travel, logistics and supplier relationships.
Success in this role will be driven by your ability to:
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
Deliver excellent stakeholder and customer service.
Stay agile and adapt to changing priorities.
Take ownership and deliver results.
Demonstrate sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
Maintain a continuous focus on improvement and operational excellence.
Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the delivery of one of sport's most iconic events. You'll work alongside an experienced team, gain exposure to complex international event operations and play a direct role in creating unforgettable experiences for players, partners and fans from around the world.
