DON- Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team, and if is a good fit, can also apply for the Nurse Manager position to oversee the two facilities clinical needs.

 The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care and experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting. 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in Residential Mental Health Treatment Center for Adolescents
- Perform health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient conditions and vital signs
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Skills:
- Experience in behavioral health assessments and interventions
- Competence in performing medication pass to residents
- Experience working with pediatric patients

- Perform intake assessments
- Ability to provide health coaching and patient education

- other basic nursing duties as required
