Job Description
Fixed-Term Contract: October 2026 to April 2028
Join a customer-focused team supporting healthcare professionals and internal partners across the Nordic region in this fixed-term maternity cover position. In this role, you will help customers through phone and email communication, manage designated key accounts, and act as a trusted first point of contact for enquiries and support needs.
You will develop a strong understanding of BD products and services, enabling you to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively, build product knowledge, and play an important role in maintaining high service standards.
Customer Services is a strategic partner to both our customers and businesses and focus on creating exceptional customer experiences and generates revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve enquiries and support requests.
- Provide professional email support to internal and external customers.
- Manage assigned key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day enquiries.
- Build and maintain knowledge of BD products to support customers effectively.
- Complete daily activities in line with agreed service levels and quality standards.
- Work closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance service delivery.
- Monitor performance measures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Requirements
- Upper secondary school diploma (high school diploma) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous customer service experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Native or near-native level Finnish language skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Good working proficiency in English and Swedish is also required.
- Ability to solve problems, prioritise tasks, and take ownership of customer enquiries.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.
- Additional Nordic language skills would be an advantage.
