Global Procurement Intern - Creative Content - January 2027

We are looking for a Creative Content Procurement & Sourcing Intern to join our Global Marketing Procurement team based in Paris.

At the heart of Pernod Ricard's marketing ecosystem, you will contribute to building strategic partnerships with leading creative, production and content agencies across the globe. You will support marketing and business teams in identifying the right partners, optimizing ways of working and creating sustainable value for our brands.

You will join a passionate, collaborative and friendly international team operating at the intersection of marketing, creativity, innovation and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Global Creative Content Procurement team, you will:

• Support marketing and business teams with their creative, production and content agency needs.
• Participate in global sourcing projects and supplier selection initiatives.
• Contribute to the management and activation of our Preferred Partner Program.
• Conduct market analyses, benchmarking studies and supplier research.
• Support the preparation and management of sourcing exercises, including RFIs, RFPs and negotiations.
• Analyze supplier data, spend trends and performance indicators to identify efficiency and value creation opportunities.
• Help prepare strategic presentations and materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support the coordination of projects involving multiple teams, markets and external partners.
• Participate in supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the deployment of digital tools and innovative solutions, particularly around AI, both to serve marketing teams and to optimize our ways of working.

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Procurement, Law or Management.
• You are passionate about marketing, creativity, innovation and brands.
• You have a strong interest in AI tools and new technologies and understand how they can drive efficiency.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable working with data and creating high-quality presentations.
• You are analytical, proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
• You enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable navigating a complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment.
• You have excellent written and spoken English. French would be a plus.
• Previous experience within a creative agency, production company, marketing team, consultancy, international group or advertiser would be an advantage.
• You have a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for high-quality visual communications.
