*** IF YOU ARE NOT IN AN APPROVED STATE, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE REVIEWED***Job Summary: Provides high-level customer service by interacting with customers to handle sales and service inquiries. This position will be responsible for assisting with customer orders and answering questions about products and marketing offers. This position will also be responsible for researching and resolving service complaints.
Pay: 16.00/hour
Location: Remote, must live in Nebraska, South Dakota, Texas, Iowa, or Florida
Scheduling Requirements:
Your work schedule availability should closely match the training shift you select. You will be expected to mirror most of your available hours to your training class time:
- AM: Between 6 am – 2 pm CST
- Mid: Between 10 am - 6 pm CST
Miscellaneous Information:
- A weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required for all agents.
- If extra hours are offered, you’re welcome to pick up extra hours at any time; this is not just limited to your desired schedule preference of Morning.
- Schedules run Sunday – Saturday.
- You will be scheduled for 4–38 hours per week, based on your selected preference at hire: minimal (4–22 hours per week) or extended (4–38 hours per week).
- Overtime is not available unless specifically offered.
- All times for Omaha Steaks are listed in Central Standard Time.
- You will submit your schedule availability during training.
Computer Requirements:
- Must have your own PC 
- Must be less than 5 years old and running Microsoft Windows 11 (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed) 
- Must have a privately connected high-speed internet service (50 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload)  
- Minimum GB on RAM is 8 GB.
- An approved headset will be required 
- Must have computer and virus protection 
- Must have anti-virus installed and up to date (Windows 11 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
