We’re recruiting a Physical Therapist for a hospital-based rehabilitation team in the Northeast. This is a full-time opportunity with an exceptional compensation package, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus, annual student loan reimbursement, relocation assistance, and long-term retention bonuses.

The position is primarily focused on providing high-quality, individualized patient care while working alongside physicians and an experienced rehabilitation team.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide evidence-based treatment designed to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You’ll maintain an active patient caseload while collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. The role also includes appropriate clinical documentation, participation in department initiatives, and opportunities for continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Licensed or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice

• New graduates and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply

• Strong patient-care and documentation skills

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

• Basic computer proficiency

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
