Join the Clinical Placement Faculty Team to support and coach CEP teacher candidates in developing competency in Professional Education Standards through observation and continuous feedback. This includes evaluating candidates in capstone courses as part of the summative Teacher Candidate Assessment of Performance (TCAP).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate level of instruction and support to teacher candidates as part of lesson planning process
• Travel to candidate placement for scheduled observations to provide onsite coaching and feedback
• Collaborate with clinical experience educators and relevant school administrators to support teacher candidate
• Evaluate teacher candidate's growth with regard to NHED standards using CEP's candidate assessment tools
• Work with Coordinator of Clinical Placement and Clinical Placement Faculty team to refine and operationalize CEP's candidate assessment system

Compensation Pay Range:

$300-350 per head compensation for observation and evaluation of teacher candidates
