Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Working in a collaborative environment alongside experienced cardiac professionals, you will care for patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions, develop advanced cardiac monitoring skills, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, clinically rewarding setting.
The Staff Nurse functions within the framework of organizational policies, professional nursing standards, and evidence-based practice while demonstrating accountability, compassion, and clinical excellence. This role is responsible for coordinating patient care activities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for every patient entrusted to our care.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from a nursing program.
- Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
