The Role

We're looking for a Software & AI Solutions Architect to serve as a key operational partner to our Applications and Analytics Delivery Leader. You'll design solutions, write and direct code using modern AI development tools, and keep projects on time, on scope, and clearly communicated to clients. A defining part of this role is turning business logic and technical requirements into precise, effective AI prompts that drive faster, higher-quality development.

What You'll Do

• Design software architecture and system plans based on project requirements
• Write, test, and debug code, directing modern AI development and vibe coding tools to speed delivery
• Translate business logic and requirements into precise, effective AI prompts, a defining skill for this role
• Review and validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and architectural fit
• Partner with the Applications and Analytics Delivery Leader on project estimation, scoping, and delivery
• Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed on status, milestones, and risks throughout each engagement
• Serve as the technical point of contact for client IT and development teams on integration work

Requirements

Required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years in software development, with growth into solution architecture and delivery leadership
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Strong prompt engineering skills, able to turn business requirements into precise, production-quality AI output
• Experience with project estimation, scoping, and delivery management, ideally using Agile/Scrum
• Solid coding experience across modern web technologies, databases, and user interfaces
• Strong communication skills, comfortable delivering project updates directly to clients

Preferred:

• Manufacturing industry experience highly desired; real estate or healthcare a plus
• Experience with ERP or operational systems in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
• Familiarity with C#, ASP.Net, Angular, SQL Server, or Azure
• Familiarity with React, PHP, AWS, or serverless/cloud platforms

How This Role Fits Within Our Team

Reports to the Applications and Analytics Delivery Leader within our Application Development division.

This role blends software architecture, hands-on AI-augmented development, and project delivery, serving as a key operational partner to delivery leadership while remaining the technical point of contact for clients.
