The successful candidate will work within our Capital Markets team to support the origination, execution, and management of industrial and multi-family investment transactions across the region. The role requires strong market knowledge, transaction coordination skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships to support the delivery of strategic investment solutions for institutional and private clients. The job description is defined below but will not be limited to this scope. The role will evolve and develop as our business and client portfolio grow.

What this job involves

Business Development & Client Relationship Management

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with institutional investors, developers, funds, occupiers, and private clients within the industrial and multi-family sectors.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting revenue generation initiatives
  Support the preparation of client pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with external brokers, lenders, consultants, and market participants.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
• Provide market insights and support senior team members in advising clients on acquisition and disposal opportunities.

Transaction Execution

• Support the execution of industrial and multi-family investment sales and acquisitions
• Coordinate transaction processes from initial engagement through to completion
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, investment memoranda, financial models, and transaction documentation
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with legal, technical, and financial advisors
• Support negotiations relating to pricing, commercial terms, and transaction structures
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reporting throughout the deal lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient transaction closures

Market Research & Financial Analysis

• Conduct market research and remain updated on industrial and multi-family market trends, transactions, and investor activity
• Analyze market data, comparable transactions, rental trends, and investment performance metrics
• Prepare financial analysis, cash flow models, valuation support, and investment underwriting
• Produce regular market updates, pipeline reports, and client reporting materials
• Support pricing and investment strategies through data-driven analysis and market intelligence
• Monitor economic, regulatory, and sector-specific developments impacting capital markets activity

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with leasing, valuation, research, property management, and other internal business lines
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the business
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and transaction procedures
• Support senior leadership in achieving team revenue targets and business objectives

Post-Transaction Coordination

• Ensure smooth coordination with asset management, property management, and operational teams where required
• Confirm all required transaction documentation is completed and appropriately archived
• Maintain ongoing client relationships following transaction completion to support future business opportunities
