Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative artificial intelligence models into projects, while also exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative AI technologies that enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with text preprocessing, tokenization, and semantic analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to NLP tasks.
- Ability to design and optimize models for language understanding and generation.
- Knowledge of deploying AI models in cloud environments or on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to natural language data and model performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
