About the role
The Executive Director, Consumer Health Partnerships is responsible for driving the development and execution of partnerships and client relationships that expand the reach and impact of direct-to-consumer (DTC) diagnostic testing. The Executive Director will position Labcorp as a preferred partner in digital first healthcare ecosystems, enabling broader access to diagnostics beyond traditional care channels.
The role carries full ownership of partnerships with DTC players (e.g., wearables, wellness companies, and digital health platforms) and operates in a shared ownership model with Divisions, National Accounts, and IT for enterprise relationships (e.g., health systems, national physician groups, and technology companies).
Scope distinguishes three relationship types: partners whose consumer offering Labcorp enables in the partner environment, partners that order through Labcorp OnDemand, and partners embedded in Labcorp consumer channels.
