Experienced In-Home Caregiver – ALF/CNA Background Preferred (North Lincoln)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive personal care, hygiene, and mobility support.
Assist with medication reminders, incontinence care, and customized care plans.
Handle light housekeeping, meal preparation, and client transport.
Assess safety, manage client needs, and accurately log shift updates
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of facility (ALF/Nursing Home) or home health experience preferred (CNA/Med-Aide a plus).
Proven reliability, strong organizational skills, and calm crisis management.
Experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, or gait belts is a plus.
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, insurance, and background clearance.
