Description

Overview

For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Lead Technician Proctors are health care professionals who support treatment by delivering training programs, mentoring and supporting Behavior Technicians, assisting Behavior Analysts with their clinical duties, delivering treatment by protocol, and providing administrative support in a center or for a community-based clinical team. They have demonstrated significant experience and competence in the delivery of ABA and have shown administrative proficiency. Lead Technicians are reliable, organized and professional, excel at teaching others, and have a demonstrated ability working more complex cases. They support other technicians and their supervisors in ensuring services are delivered with reliability and fidelity.

Lead Technician Proctors spend at least 60% of their time supporting the new hire training process and related activities. While they do not maintain a regular caseload, they often provide coverage for treatment as needed. They also support local clinical leaders with clinical administrative responsibilities and/or special projects.
