:

Supply Chain Excellence/IL6S Program Leadership, Governance and Execution

  • Develop and globally deploy the IL6S framework, methodologies, assessment tools, maturity models and governance routines
  • Lead global benchmarking to identify best E2E practices and improvement opportunities
  • Lead maturity assessments, performance dialogues, and compliance monitoring
  • Drive global alignment and standardization of key supply chain processes
  • Identify and mitigate program-level risks; escalate as needed
  • Support sites with diagnostics, structured problem solving, and improvement roadmaps
  • Build capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring of site/regional teams
  • Mentor site and regional teams to strengthen their leadership in continuous improvement

Leads and works cross functionally to strengthen E2E capability

  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Finance, MDS, and Procurement
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives on asset reliability, sustainability, and cost competitiveness

Digital Transformation

  • Support deployment of digital tools, advanced analytics, and IoT solutions across sites
  • Develop programs with Global Capability team to increase IL6S mastery (Gemba & IL6S Academies)

Performance Management

  • Track KPIs for the network; drive data quality and harmonization
  • Report global trends and inform strategic decisions

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • 20+ years in E2E Supply Chain with proven Manufacturing leadership experience; Engineering degree required

  • Deep expertise in TPM, LEAN, Six Sigma, and IL6S (hands-on implementation)

  • Proven Manufacturing leadership Line leader required, multi-site leadership preferred) of operational excellence programs at scale across global manufacturing networks

  • Strong strategic thinking, complex problem solving, and ability to influence from execution level to steering committee

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making across cross-functional and cross-regional teams

  • Strong coaching and capability-building orientation with proven ability to develop resources and build effective teams across all levels and geographies.

  • Strong governance and program management skills with ability to drive drumbeat and deliver large programs across multiple regions/markets

Core Competencies

  • Technically competent (strong understanding of e2e MSC) along with strong leadership experience.
  • Manufacturing Operations Technical knowledge and experience is a MUST.
  • Experience in TPM, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts and hands-on implementation experience.
  • Deep knowledge of IL6S is critical.
  • Demonstrated leadership in strategic, analytical and critical thinking, strong ability to solve
  • complex problems and brings a growth mindset and translating into action
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
  • Strong communication, collaboration and team building skills across all levels and geographies
  • Engineering Degree required. Min. 20+ years in e2e Supply Chain experiences. Keen sense of
  • Consumer and business trends, and how they will impact Supply Chain delivery capability over time

Measure of success

  • OEE, yield, waste, and gross productivity improvements

  • Standardization rate of operational processes

  • Site maturity progression in IL6S assessments

  • Capability qualifications and skill-building metrics

  • Digital tools adoption and measurable impact

Geographical coverage

  • Global Role with responsibility over all regions and designated mature sites.

  • Expected travel: 30-40%

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $174,100 to $287,265; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
