Job Summary
SummaryWe are seeking a patient-focused and team-oriented individual, who is highly motivated and organized, to serve as a full-time Program Coordinator supporting clinical care, research, and programmatic work in the Department of Neurology.
The Program Coordinator will support work that bridges neuroscience, brain imaging, molecular biology, and clinical care, helping to advance research discoveries.
Responsible for coordinating program activities and providing administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitates communication and scheduled appointments across departments, monitors program timelines, and supports project implementation to enhance program effectiveness. Contributes to reporting and data analysis to assess program impact and support strategic improvements.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling interdisciplinary patient assessments, treatments, surveillance monitoring, and clinical follow-ups.
- Reviewing procedural checklists that have been developed to establish patient eligibility.
- Tracking and managing treatment-related and monitoring-related schedules for patients.
- Communicating relevant information with patients and families, care partners, clinicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Coordinating data collection, documentation, and tracking in support of clinical and research program needs.
- Assisting patients and families, as well as care partners in navigating program-related processes and resources.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 am to 5:00pm| Onsite| Hybrid after 90 days of training
Compensation: The posted salary reflects the starting range for this position. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, including experience, education, and relevant skills.
