Description
Supports the team with tasks and activities while developing foundational skills through the Degree Apprenticeship Programme. Assists in delivering work outputs and maintaining accurate information ensuring quality and alignment with team objectives under guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Project Portfolio Management:
- Participate to monthly project review meetings with project managers.
- Monitor the spend level reference to resource allocation and project health check such as delivery, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, etc.,
- Provide support to prepare reporting to C-level on monthly basis.
- Provide support to prepare annual capital allocation.
- IT Cost Follow-up:
- Monitor resource cost through time booking on right spend envelopes (opex/capex).
- Notify the resource managers if different to the planned view.
- Monitor suppliers spend to the budgeted spend. Notify the resource managers if different to the planned view.
- Support providing reports if needed for any committees.
- Provide support during annual budgeting.
- Resource Management:
- Follow-up regularly with IT managers & notify on any new demand (s) or changes to current profiling to the planned view.
- Ensure resources have access to right investment for time recording.
Skill-set:
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum financial accounting knowledge
- Expertise in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Act as a team-player & to be proactive.
- Attention to detail with an organised approach.
- Adaptation to use AI tools
