Department Overview
The Life & Booking Business Promotion Department was established in April 2026 under the direct supervision of the executive in charge of the booking domain (including Travel, Golf, and Beauty businesses). We act as a specialized task force for project management and business problem-solving. In collaboration with each business head, we focus on business management and strategic planning, supporting the resolution of strategic issues and the development of new initiatives for each business unit.

・You will be involved in the booking sector, which continues to show significant growth within the Commerce & Marketing division.

Position Details
In this position, you will be assigned to work on a project-by-project basis.
・Project Management (PM/PMO tasks)
・Business Promotion Support (Data visualization and information organization using BI tools and AI)
・Support for organizational infrastructure development (e.g., management accounting, development project administration)
・Project support for businesses under the Life & Booking domain
Examples: Strategic planning projects, online payment integration projects, and project management office (PMO) operations for development initiatives.
Work Environment
・1 Senior Manager and 2 members.
・Age Range: 20s to 30s.
・Background: 100% new grads.
・Planning professional from the internet industry
・Hired with a management track in mind; currently leading key projects.
Mandatory Qualifications:
・5+ years of professional experience in business
・Basic PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in consulting and project management within strategic domains.
Experience in business planning and strategy formulation at an operating company.
(Preferred) Bookkeeping
(Preferred) Skills in building dashboards using DOMO or Tableau
