Summary of Position
This senior leadership role is responsible for leading an integrated product marketing function and establishing the product marketing strategy and operating model across audiences, ensuring the portfolio is clearly positioned for buyers, clients, and members. The role owns the connective tissue between product strategy, commercial growth, and member value. It translates roadmap priorities, market insight, buyer needs, and member behavior into clear portfolio narratives, differentiated positioning, launch strategies, core sales collateral, and adoption-oriented messaging. The position partners closely cross-functionally to drive alignment and effective go-to-market execution. This position leads and develops the product marketing team, establishing clear ways of working across the function, and drives both strategic direction and execution in support of business and member outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Portfolio positioning and narrative: Establish clear, differentiated market positioning that anchors GTM execution, including a core positioning framework for our products.
Core sales assets: Develop high-impact content that enables sales and marketing partners to influence demand and drive acquisition, focusing on core content including pitch decks and sell sheets.
Go-to-market and launches: Lead GTM strategy for new products, features, and business-model shifts across both buyer and member journeys. Partner with Product on roadmap inputs, packaging, pricing considerations, launch tiers, minimum-change thresholds, and readiness expectations.
Member adoption and engagement: Connect product positioning to member awareness, activation, utilization, and sustained engagement. Partner with Consumer, Brand, Lifecycle, Clinical, and Operations teams so member-facing marketing is grounded in product value and buyer ROI expectations.
Team and cross-functional leadership: Build and lead the product marketing team, integrating talent and ways of working. Operate as a senior connector across Product, Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, Clinical, Legal/Compliance, B2B and B2C Marketing teams, and Client Management.
