Analytics & Insights Winter (Part Time) Intern

We are looking for a passionate Analytics & Insights Winter (Part-Time Intern) who is eager to make an impact from the very beginning of their career and take on the challenge of growing billion-dollar brands.

You will join a large, multinational organization where you will feel valued and welcomed as part of our team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and help drive growth and development across our business.

YOUR ROLE:

• You will build expertise across a broad range of analytical and insight-generation methods. One day, you may be exploring human decision-making and how the brain works; the next, you could be diving into large datasets to identify patterns and generate insights that help shape P&G’s business strategies.
• You will combine strong analytical capabilities with interpersonal skills and integrative thinking to translate data-driven findings into actionable business recommendations.

If you are:

• Passionate about turning data and analytics into meaningful consumer insights, with a strong curiosity to understand consumers and their behaviors
• Creative in solving business challenges and comfortable working with a wide variety of large and small data sources

Qualifications:

• Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student, preferably in Computer Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on knowledge of analytical tools and techniques such as Power BI, SQL, R, and/or Python
• Very good written and spoken English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated passion, leadership, and achievements in academic and/or extracurricular activities
• Ability to solve problems through innovation and creativity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and structured messages.
