Are you an experienced Kitchen Lead, Dietary Supervisor, Food Service Manager, or Lead Cook looking for an opportunity where your work matters beyond the kitchen?

We're looking for a Culinary Team Lead who can confidently guide a team, oversee daily dining operations, and take pride in delivering quality food and exceptional service.
🔪 What You'll Bring to the Kitchen
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll:
- Lead assigned shifts and help keep kitchen operations running efficiently.
- Prepare, cook, portion, and serve meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
- Train, guide, and support dining services team members.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
- Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities.
- Help manage inventory, deliveries, stocking, and food supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment.
- Support a positive team culture while responding professionally to client and staff needs.
