Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Perimeter Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. - Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors in accordance with site requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when directed.
- Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
