Our international product team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated Junior Product Quality & Testing Specialist to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your Fairway

• Conduct functional and quality analyses across our product range (clothing, bags, golf balls, clubs, and more)

• Own the quality assurance process: set up and maintain testing systems/processes, and coordinate closely with suppliers, Customer Care, and the Product team

• Use launch monitor technology (Foresight/TrackMan) to collect, process, and analyze performance data on golf balls and clubs

• Prepare and conduct scientific and performance studies on our equipment

• Carry out market analysis of competing products to benchmark quality and performance

• Support product development by reviewing and contributing to tech packs and specifications, and help drive product optimizations in function and design

• Investigate quality issues and customer feedback together with Customer Care and suppliers, translating findings into concrete product improvements

Your Scorecard

• A completed degree or vocational training with a scientific, technical, or product-related background

• Initial professional experience in product testing and quality control

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams (Product, Customer Care, suppliers)

• Very strong written and spoken English; German is a plus

• Willingness to work on-site at our Munich location

• Golf knowledge, passion, or experience in the golf industry required; being an active golfer is a big plus
