The Opportunity

Your Impact

As a Contract Administrator for PFNA (PepsiCo Foods North America), you will play a pivotal role within the Global Procurement Finance team, supporting North America operations. This position acts as a key financial and operational partner responsible for coordinating and overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, robust governance, and full compliance across all category agreements.

In this role, you will look beyond administrative execution to strengthen financial controls, manage cash flow visibility, and transform contract data into strategic business insights. By collaborating across Legal, Procurement, and Executive Leadership, you will safeguard enterprise commitments, mitigate financial risks, and accelerate process standardization. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase leadership potential, technical acumen, and financial control oversight to drive value creation across North America operations.

Activities to be performed:

• Contract Governance & Lifecycle Management: Coordinate contract workspaces, supplier collaboration, legal review, and electronic signatures within CLM. Maintain a centralized contract library for full traceability, compliance, and reference.

• Financial Controls & SOX Compliance: Be part of quarterly internal control reviews across categories to verify contract terms, spend amounts, and key dates, ensuring strict adherence to PepsiCo policies and audit readiness.

• Cash Flow Oversight: Review payment terms (e.g., 25, 90 days) to optimize and support cash flow planning.

• Commitment & Contingent Liability Monitoring: Track supplier minimum purchase commitments to reduce contractual risk and avoid financial penalties or government fines.

• Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights: Quarterly summaries of commitments by supplier to North America Vice Presidents, surfacing key insights, trends, and risk scenarios to enable decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Contract Governance & Lifecycle Management: Coordinate CLM workspaces, legal reviews, and e-signatures to maintain a centralized library for full traceability
• SOX Compliance & Internal Controls: Lead quarterly control reviews across categories to verify payment terms, spend, under PepsiCo policies.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver quarterly summaries on supplier commitments to North America VPs to drive strategic decision-making.
• Cash Flow: Validate payment terms (e.g., 25, 90 days) to optimize and support cash flow planning
• Risk & Liability Mitigation: Track supplier minimum purchase commitments to avoid financial penalties or fines
• Process Standardization: Drive simplification and data automation across contract processes for PFNA

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? 

 

• Financial acumen, understanding of financial controls and SOX compliance.
• Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations.
• English fluency required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a key requirement.
• Ability to process large databases.
• Strong customer relations, interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong technical, problem solving, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
