### Role Summary
We are looking for disciplined, coachable professionals currently working in corporate or traditional W-2 roles who want to build a high-earning part-time business on their own terms.  

This is a commission-based opportunity designed for people who value flexibility, residual income, and professional growth. You will leverage our proprietary lead system and proven sales process while working the hours that fit around your current job and family.

### Key Responsibilities (Part-Time Focused)
- Work warm leads delivered through our award-winning tech platform (no cold calling)
- Conduct professional needs-based conversations and follow our proven sales system
- Build long-term client relationships and create residual income streams
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in our CRM
- Stay coachable and consistent with the training and weekly support we provide
- Coordinate your schedule so this work fits cleanly around your corporate responsibilities

### Ideal Candidate Profile
We have found the strongest part-time producers often come from corporate backgrounds. You will thrive here if you:
- Currently work (or recently worked) in a corporate, professional, or structured environment
- Are highly organized, coachable, and results-oriented

Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required. We train you completely.
