Additional Compensation: Shift Differential +$1.50/hr.

Role Overview / Purpose and Scope
The Housekeeping Attendant maintains and cares for company facilities to keep buildings clean, orderly, and presentable. The external and internal appearance of the facility reflects on the people who work there, making careful, thorough cleaning and tidying essential. This role supports a safe, sanitary, and professional environment by performing general cleaning, restocking supplies, maintaining assigned areas, and identifying minor repair needs for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and supply designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, and related tasks.
Ensure cleanliness by taking out trash, tidying break rooms, and dusting surfaces.
Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and restock disposables such as soap and other supplies.
Wipe mirrors, doors, and windows to maintain a clean, orderly appearance.
Maintain outer premises by sweeping sidewalks, taking out trash, and cleaning entrances.
Stock and maintain cleaning supplies.
Cooperate with the rest of the staff and follow all health and safety regulations.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
Report minor repairs, damages, or maintenance needs to a supervisor or maintenance team member and ensure follow-up when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role focused on general facility cleaning is preferred.
Knowledge of and ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Integrity and ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, and with strong attention to detail and conscientiousness.
Must be able to work assigned days and shifts, including some weekends.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
New team members must be able to pass a drug and alcohol post-offer prior to the start of their employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel
Work is performed on-site throughout company facilities, including internal building areas, restrooms, break rooms, entrances, sidewalks, and other designated spaces. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing physically demanding cleaning tasks. Team members may work with cleaning chemicals and supplies and must follow all health, safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements. Assigned schedules may include weekends based on operational needs.
