Carpenter II (Experienced Carpenter)

TAB Construction is seeking an experienced Carpenter II who takes pride in producing exceptional work and enjoys building custom homes that stand the test of time.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects while mentoring less experienced team members and helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced residential rough and finish carpentry
• Complete framing, roofing, siding, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, decking, and interior finishes
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Plan work efficiently and maintain production schedules
• Identify and resolve construction issues in the field
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and quality control
• Mentor Carpenter I team members and laborers
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to accurately read blueprints and project plans
• Strong attention to detail
• Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
