Your Profile
Was erwartet dich in deiner Ausbildung?
- Grundlagen: Du erlernst Grundkenntnisse der Verarbeitungstechnik, die Herstellung von Speisen sowie der Ernährungslehre.
- Theorie: Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört der richtige Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sowie die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften.
- Praxis: Während der Ausbildung zum Koch erlernst du die Zubereitung von kalter und warmer Küche sowie Buffets für verschiedene Anlässe. Ein Teil deiner Ausbildungszeit findet in einem Restaurant in der Umgebung statt, um Einblicke in die gehobene Gastronomie sowie die „à la carte Küche“ und das „Bankett Servieren“ zu erhalten.
