Description
The Opportunity:
Join alongside an Information Technology (IT) Systems Engineering team supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS). You will be responsible for building, integrating, configuring, and maintaining the implementation of a new Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) architecture for the DAF, including both Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. As the Senior ICAM Engineer, you will work with the ACAS Solution Architect, Chief Architect, and Chief Engineer to develop the ACAS ICAM Solution, reporting to the ACAS Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, integrate, improve, and maintain the DAF’s ICAM and PAM solutions with EITaaS’ Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) solution, with a focus in the following technology areas: Azure Cloud, Red Hat Linux, Tenable Software Solutions for ACAS, Scripting (Python, PowerShell, other languages as necessary), Okta, Sailpoint, Keycloak.
- Lead as the Senior ICAM engineer in all ICAM-related projects, integrating and working with existing teams and solutions to ensure the ACAS solution remains compliant with all DAF ICAM and PAM mandates.
- Aid in the development of the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in conjunction with the ACAS Engineering Lead
- Identify technical continuous improvement and project execution efficiencies
- Develop and implement improvements to existing processes and practices
- Conduct investigations to determine root cause of technical issues
- Develop topology and flow diagrams with team technical staff
- Develop, and brief, solution presentation material to internal, program, Engineering teams
- Develops automation scripts and code efficiencies
- Perform, and maintain, an Enterprise Red Hat Linux Operating Infrastructure with integrations into RHEL Satellite and RHEL Ansible
- Deploy, and maintain, Kubernetes containers within Azure and VMWare Hypervisors
Annual Performance Objectives
- Pass all Department of the Air Force internal Gate Reviews without rejection
- Ability to white-board the solution ad-hoc with the project team without the need to reference existing solution materials
- Implement identified process improvement per quarter
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Secret security clearance
- 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
- 7 Years of Experience with ICAM and PAM Solutions; Okta and Sailpoint preferred with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience.
- 5 Years of experience with ACAS solutions; Tenable preferred with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience.
- 3 Years of Experience deploying, automating, and hardening Red Hat Linux Operating Systems
- 1 years of experience supporting the Department of War.
- Excellent communication skills with experience briefing internal project team members and DAF stakeholders
- One of the following Certifications:
- CISSP or equivalent DoD 8140 Certification Compliance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
