Our Opportunity

We have exciting permanent part-time and casual opportunities at our Traralgon centre for experienced Dental Assistants to join our friendly, close-knit team.

Our modern 4-chair practice delivers a wide range of dental treatments, including general dentistry, orthodontics and dental implants. You’ll be part of a supportive, respectful team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

• Conveniently located on Franklin Street, just off the highway, with parking right at the door or in the public car park next to the centre
• Backed by a supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base

Permanent Part-Time

• Monday, Wednesday and Saturday availability is essential - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
• Standard Dental Assistant all-rounder skills are required, with a minimum of 10 months' experience

Casual

• Tuesday and Wednesday availability is essential
• Available for shifts on Saturdays on a rotational basis is required - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
• Standard Dental Assistant all-rounder skills are required, with a minimum of 10 months' experience

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception is essential
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
