WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Pay: As our Logistics Manager, you'll earn a competitive hourly wage.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, and shifts will vary but are scheduled within regular business hours.

All that you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, procurement, or materials management, preferably in manufacturing
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, inventory management, material planning, shipping, receiving, and transportation
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing, contracts, lead times, and commercial terms
• Strong understanding of inventory planning and production requirements

Experience with freight and carrier management, domestic and international shipping, ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are preferred.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR LOGISTICS MANAGER?

As Logistics Manager, you'll serve as the driving force behind the movement of materials throughout the organization. You'll coordinate with suppliers and review inventory levels to ensure production remains fully supported, negotiate purchasing agreements, evaluate vendor performance, and resolve supply chain challenges before they impact operations. You'll partner closely with production teams to forecast material needs, oversee shipping and receiving activities, manage inventory controls and cycle counts, monitor purchasing and logistics costs, and develop contingency plans to reduce supply chain risk.
