Employment Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Primarily Remote Transitioning to Hybrid

Pay: $21.15 per hour ($44,000.00 annually), at minimum productivity, with additional earning potential.

 **This position offers a base hourly rate plus productivity-based compensation, providing clinicians with the opportunity to increase their earnings based on services provided.  

About the Position

IMPOWER is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services to adults, adolescents, children, and families in the Glades/Hendry County area, including LaBelle and Clewiston.

This position will initially provide services primarily through telehealth and will gradually transition to a hybrid role providing both telehealth and face-to-face services in the Clewiston area. The clinician will provide assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic services while managing an assigned caseload and supporting individuals throughout their care.

This is a full-time position offering a flexible 40-hour workweek, base pay, incentive compensation, benefits, and qualified supervision for licensure. IMPOWER provides referrals, giving clinicians the opportunity to build and maintain their caseload while increasing earning potential through incentive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services through telehealth and, as the position transitions, face-to-face services in the Glades/Hendry County area.
• Complete behavioral health assessments, treatment plans, ongoing clinical documentation, and other required records.
• Manage an assigned caseload and maintain a minimum productivity standard of 24 billable units per week.
• Contact newly assigned referrals within 48-hours and schedule initial sessions within established timeframes.
• Coordinate care with referral sources, support personnel, providers, and other authorized parties.
• Assist with referrals, appointment coordination, clinic visits, medication-related needs, telehealth support, releases of information, and other care coordination activities as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in IMPOWER’s electronic health record and applicable external systems
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, staff meetings, and other required team activities.
• Provide services in accordance with HIPAA, professional ethical standards, payer, and funder requirements, and IMPOWER policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or another related human services field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing behavioral health or clinical services to children and families.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while appropriately seeking clinical supervision and consultation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete all credentialing requirements established by IMPOWER, funders, payers, and applicable accreditation requirements, including required applications and documentation within established timeframes.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include Level II background screening, local law enforcement checks, drug screening, verification of education and credentials, and E-Verify and drug screening. A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required as applicable to the position.

Schedule & Work Environment

This position begins primarily remote and requires a designated workspace with reliable internet access that supports productivity, professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA requirements and IMPOWER policies.As services expand in the Glades/Hendry County area, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule that includes face-to-face services in and around LaBelle and Clewiston. Candidates must therefore reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the service area and be able to travel locally as needed.
