Responsibilities:
Managing diverse logistics operations, coordination, tasking and monitoring of logistic support as well as for stock counts and the reconciliation of stock records. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the logistics team in their daily operations. • Handling full set of sea and air shipping matters including documents for incoming and outbound shipments such custom clearance, import permit, release of notice arrival, import license of DG, banker guarantee and etc. • Liaise with shipping line/freight forwarder for trans-shipment cargoes. • Coordination of incoming cargoes with rented warehouse at port. • Handling laden containers and release of empty containers issues. • Maintaining updated shipping information in the system. • Coordinate with other team members for smooth shipment. • Perform liaison and coordination work with facilities service providers. • Assist in daily operational activities such as receiving job, loading, unloading and stuffing. • Helping offsite logistics project/assignment from time to time as required. • Perform other assignment as per discretion of company. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
