Frank Leta Honda, a long-standing, single-rooftop dealership serving the St. Louis metro, is looking for a motivated Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team. If you're a strong communicator who thrives on connecting with people over the phone, email, and text — and you want to build a career in one of the most stable industries around — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Sales BDC Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, generating and managing leads that fuel our sales floor. Your day-to-day will include fielding inbound calls and web leads, making outbound follow-up calls, scheduling sales appointments, and keeping our CRM up to date so nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work closely with our sales team to make sure every customer who walks through our doors feels like they were expected — because they were.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills, comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, and basic computer/CRM proficiency (we'll train you on our systems). Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic matter more than a resume line. Automotive experience is not required.
