Make an impact by shaping how commercial success is rewarded across diverse and dynamic markets across EMEA and Latin America. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the design, governance, and delivery of sales incentive compensation programs that support business growth, motivate high-performing sales teams, and enable data-driven decision making. You will lead a team of compensation professionals and partner closely with leaders across Human Resources, Finance, and commercial functions to deliver scalable, high-quality compensation solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead the sales compensation strategy across EMEA and Latin America, ensuring incentive programs align with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales incentive compensation plans that support commercial performance and organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders, Finance, and Human Resources teams to develop compensation frameworks, policies, governance processes, and annual plan strategies.
- Own sales compensation data management, analytics, reporting, and compliance processes to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.
- Develop dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights for leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of incentive compensation management technologies and related business processes.
- Direct regional sales compensation projects, including new plan launches, process enhancements, and organizational change initiatives.
- Create and deliver stakeholder communications and training programs to support understanding, adoption, and effective execution of compensation programs.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation, sales compensation, rewards, or a related function.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience designing, implementing, and administering sales incentive compensation plans.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience leading sales compensation programs within large multinational organizations operating across multiple countries and business units.
- Experience with incentive compensation management systems, compensation technologies, and reporting tools.
- Experience in compensation analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting commercial organizations across EMEA and Latin America.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience leading compensation-related change management initiatives in complex international environments.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:
- Netherlands: €96.200 - €178.800 EUR Annual
