Employee Central implementation and configuration Participate in and lead end-to-end Employee Central implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare. Conduct process analysis and fit-gap assessments, and translate HR requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions. Configure and maintain data models, Foundation Objects, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, event reasons, picklists, Job Information, Employment Information, Compensation Information, Position Management, Employee Profile, and Global Information. Configure country-specific and localization requirements; deliver enhancements and defect resolution using standard SuccessFactors functionality wherever possible. A hands-on SuccessFactors professional who combines deep Employee Central configuration experience with strong access-governance, compliance, and production-support capabilities. The successful candidate can independently analyze requirements, recommend practical solutions, and work effectively across business, technical, security, and audit teams Bachelor's degree. 5-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong hands-on Employee Central expertise. Experience across the full implementation lifecycle: requirements, solution design, fit-gap, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, UAT, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support. Hands-on expertise with data models, Manage Business Configuration, Foundation Objects, MDF, business rules, workflows, event reasons, picklists, Position Management, employee and employment information, effective-dated transactions, imports, and data management. Strong practical knowledge of RBP, including permission roles and groups, target populations, role assignments, object- and field-level permissions, admin permissions, troubleshooting, access reviews, least privilege, and Segregation of Duties. Experience with SOX / ITGC controls, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver controls, periodic and privileged access reviews, access certification, change management controls, audit evidence, control testing, and remediation. Master's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience with Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Onboarding. Experience with IAS / IPS, SSO, SCIM, SuccessFactors APIs, and OData. Experience with ServiceNow or a similar IT service-management platform. Experience in global HRIS environments, supporting multiple countries and SuccessFactors quarterly releases.
