Job Type: Full-Time | 10-month
Location: Rockingham & Caswell Counties
Pay: $19.00/hour

Community Workforce Solutions is seeking a High School Pre-Employment Transition Facilitator to support students with disabilities throughout Rockingham & Caswell Counties. As part of our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program, you'll work with students ages 14-22 as they develop workplace readiness and practical life skills while preparing for greater independence after high school.

What You'll Do
- Support classroom instruction and student activities
- Work with students individually and in small groups
- Prepare lesson materials and hands-on activities
- Encourage participation and skill development
- Maintain program documentation and assist with billing
- Collaborate with instructors and school staff
- Travel between assigned high schools throughout Rockingham & Caswell Counties
- Associate's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Rehabilitation, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience working with students or individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel between Rockingham County & Caswell County school sites
- Ability to complete a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the day
