About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Market Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making in the aesthetics medicine industry, with a focus on the Facial Injectables market.

The role involves conducting market, industry, competitor, financial, digital, and brand research, identifying relevant trends and opportunities, and translating research findings into clear, actionable insights for senior and executive leadership.

The successful candidate will work with both quantitative and qualitative information, research companies and markets using multiple sources, identify meaningful patterns and business implications, and communicate findings through structured analyses and executive-level presentations. The scope of the role may evolve depending on business priorities and emerging research needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and company research to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor competitor activities, product developments, strategic initiatives, geographic expansion, investments, and other relevant market developments.
• Analyze company financial performance, including revenue dynamics, business segments, margins, cost structure, and profitability drivers.
• Research competitor digital presence, brand positioning, messaging, PR strategies, product focus, and audience engagement across relevant channels.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging players, high-growth segments, industry events, and other market signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, actionable business and strategic insights.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and executive-level reports communicating key findings, trends, implications, and recommendations.
• Use existing Power BI dashboards and other analytical tools to support research and analysis.
• Maintain structured research materials, trackers, datasets, and research libraries.
• Conduct ad hoc research and analysis and support other market research initiatives as business priorities evolve.
• Organize all collected intelligence into a document library for future AI ingestion.
• Proactively suggest improvements to research methodologies, data sources, and analytical processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in market research ( competitive intelligence, business analysis, strategy, consulting, or a related analytical role).
• Relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aesthetics medicine, healthcare, or a closely related industry is required.
• Proven experience conducting market, industry, company, or competitor research and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Experience analyzing financial performance, business models, market dynamics, or similar business metrics.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Ability to independently structure research, identify relevant and reliable sources, and synthesize findings into clear business insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Experience analyzing digital and social media presence, brand positioning, or PR strategies.
• Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior or executive leadership.
