The Admin Advantage System Specialist oversees the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvement of the Admin Advantage system. This includes monitoring system activities, ensuring data accuracy, creating and updating documentation, and providing training and support to users. The specialist participates in system upgrades, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and process improvements to enhance productivity and user experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Admin Advantage system to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Monitor system data and workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in coordination with IT teams and vendors.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, updates, and new features.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs workflow guides, and troubleshooting references.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system processes and updates.
- Analyze operational requirements and recommend process or system improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support business needs, reporting requests, and system-related inquiries.
- Generate and validate system reports as required for operations and leadership.
- Support data imports, configuration updates, and routine system maintenance tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Experience working with administrative or workflow management systems, familiarity with Admin Advantage or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in system administration, operations support, or process management roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel and BI tools).
- Experience in UAT, system testing, or process documentation.
- Background in administrative operations, benefits administration, or shared services is a plus.
