Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, a dynamic, driven professional who will play a critical role in the grand opening of Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. In this role you will provide leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping team members, in order to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff.
Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more.

How you will make an impact
- Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff
- Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds
- Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.
- Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment
- Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility
- Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints
What you will need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
