Description

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join a reputable and growing corporate services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local and international clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering a high standard of corporate and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle day-to-day client requests.
  • Coordinate the incorporation of new companies and prepare and submit statutory filings.
  • Assist with the opening and closure of bank accounts and maintain regular communication with banking institutions.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records.
  • Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, and other professional service providers on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities as required.
  • Collect, review, and verify due diligence documentation in line with KYC and compliance procedures.
  • Ensure client files remain up to date and compliant with ongoing monitoring and due diligence requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and databases.
  • Deliver services within agreed service level agreements while ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional support.
  • Keep clients informed of relevant regulatory and industry developments that may affect their business.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the corporate services, financial services, legal, or compliance sectors.
  • A relevant qualification, with tertiary-level education considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Sound business acumen and the ability to develop positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
