Workday Configuration: Own the end-to-end configuration of Workday HCM modules spanning business processes, security, organisations and calculated fields with a focus on user experience - including our bi-annual releases, from prototyping through to deployment.
Reporting & Insight: Build and maintain our reporting suite including board level reporting - giving P&C, Finance and business leaders the insight they need.
Data Integrity & Governance: Own data quality through regular audits, proactive gap-checking, and use of Workday tools to provide guardrails and guidance to users
Team Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Share knowledge across the Workday team, maintain clear documentation, and champion best practice as we roll out new functionality.
What You’ll Love About This Role
Think Big: Shape how Workday supports our people strategy end-to-end, from configuration through to board-level reporting.
Own It: Take full ownership of Workday configuration, reporting and data integrity as our senior functional expert.
Keep it Simple: Turn complex configuration and data into simple, usable insight for the business.
Better Together: Partner closely with the Workday team, P&C and Finance

Got up to speed with our Workday configuration, reporting suite and current ways of working.
Built strong relationships across P&C
Taken ownership of at least one area of reporting or configuration, including board level reporting
What You’ll Need

Reporting & MI Skills: Experience building advanced and matrix reports, dashboards and board-level presentation of data
Data Governance: A meticulous, audit-minded approach to data integrity
Senior Stakeholder Communication: Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across P&C & Finance, translating technical detail clearly.
