This position is part of the Transformation Office responsible for providing support for key strategic and operational Initiatives at 7-Eleven. The manager is responsible for supporting the organization execute business transformation initiatives to ensure cross functional alignment, drive and manage the teams to meet strict deadlines and achieve financial goals. This position involves strategic planning, operational oversight, project management, consulting, and transition / change management.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a trusted internal advisor and thought partner to business leaders, helping define the problem to solve, clarify desired outcomes, and align stakeholders on the case for change.
- Lead structured discovery and diagnostic work, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, data analysis, benchmarking, root-cause analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Translate insights into practical recommendations, options, business cases, and implementation roadmaps that balance customer, operational, financial, people, and technology considerations.
- Establish clear scope, objectives, success measures, governance, and decision rights for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives; organize the right teams and work streams to deliver results.
- Develop and govern high-level integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets; drive accountability and make timely adjustments as priorities, assumptions, or business conditions change.
- Facilitate working sessions and executive discussions that resolve issues, surface trade-offs, accelerate decisions, and maintain alignment across functions and levels of the organization.
- Identify risks, issues, change impacts, and adoption barriers; develop mitigation and change-management strategies that support sustainable implementation and measurable benefits realization.
- Provide concise, executive-ready reporting and storytelling on progress, insights, decisions, financial governance, risks, and value delivered; capture lessons learned and scale repeatable transformation practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, internal advisory, business transformation, strategy, change management, process improvement, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading or delivering complex, cross-functional transformation, operating-model, process-improvement, or strategic initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems, interpret data, build business cases, and connect recommendations to financial and operational outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience developing executive presentations, financial analyses, process maps, and KPI dashboards.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to interact effectively and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of project, change-management, process-improvement, or consulting methodologies; experience with benefits tracking, customer experience, operating-model design, or business-case development preferred.
